Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
We support residents with personal care tasks such as dressing, shaving, oral care, bathing, grooming, bowel and bladder management, mobility, and care for personal devices like dentures or hearing aids. Each resident is assessed by a registered nurse upon admission to determine their level of support.
Meal Preparation:
We prioritize good nutrition with three daily home-cooked meals that are both healthy and delicious. Snacks are always available, and we offer multiple meal choices tailored to residents' preferences. Our menus are flexible to accommodate individual likes and dislikes.
Medication Assistance:
Beyond dispensing medications, our registered nurse ensures a thorough understanding of each medication’s purpose, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects to optimize residents' health.
Diabetic Care:
We specialize in managing diabetes, offering blood glucose monitoring, diabetic diets, and insulin administration. Our team is trained to prevent and address complications like hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, neuropathic pain, and foot or skin issues.
